welding and body repair courses in the midlands

Hi all,

Been practicing with my welder for a bit now and I love it! Got half of next week booked off work to attack my van with it but I'm looking for a welding course and/or automotive body repair in or around Birmingham now. I've found one at Warwickshire college but it's over £500!

I'm restricted to evenings only as I still have to pay my bills, bummer.... I'm looking for welding and paint spraying courses ideally

I'd really like to find something as worst case i'll learn some good skills to do up my project cars or you never know maybe i'll even find a new career path and a job i don't f***ing hate!!

Anyone help?

Chap I work with did it and was happy with it (got recognised cert.) I work shifts so didn't fancy paying for whole course and only being able to get to 33%

The vehicle restoration course in Mid Kent college was over £400 this year, but considering all the facillities and equipment, the excellent expert instruction and the fact that all metal you use, filler and sandpaper/ consumables etc is included it is good value.
