Hello,
This is the case:
Longitudinal weld on 3 mm S235 tubes, with fixed torch and moving table at constant speed.
The gap varies between 1-3mm.
The objective is to obtain the best weld in terms of aesthetics.
Thinnest and shortest weld possible.
Can anyone provide tips and weld parameters to obtain this?
Currently i find it is best to weld at low intensity short circuit (140A, 20V, WFS: 9). But maybe spray pulsed transfer at a greater travel speed would work.
