Id been having lots of issues with small welds. spitting and spluttering and loads of spatter. Inconsistent but annoying.
Then I saw a daft facebook asking how often you change your Mig shroud. Me? not for a few years.
Changed the shroud and things seem loads better.
I guess tyhe insulation had degraded in the shroud?
or was it the old fannying about randomly fixing things time?
