welder fan

hi we have a small gasless welder at work we use on shop floor for quick fix jobs.
prob is its very hot working on machines ( we make plastic bottles ) and welder soon gets hot and trips.
can i fit a fan from a computer to cool it down?

i used a household type fan in mine the type you find in your bathroom . they are 230 so wired it in to turn on when the machine is swithed on

there only about a tenner to buy will easily mount on flat plate. 4 self tappers and it has the cover as well

Computer fans run at 12v, so will not work on a mains voltage welder.
Not sure what the cfm requirements are for welder cooling.

I got one from ebay for about £8, metal thing, FAN 120mm x 120mm x 38mm 240V COOLING DISCO LIGHTING thingy. Wired it directly to the main power fed in with an inline fuse, easy enough job.
