No answer to Emails? if so me too.
I phoned on Jan \9. & spoke to someone there they took all the details, I Emailed 9 Jan to back up order for a leather shroud for tig & a foot pedal plug have Emailed (3) since no reply's I appreciated they would order plug when next placing a stock order but courtesy is another matter just an email or a phone call
It is embarrassing as I have a machine on loan & squashed the remote plug thought it was a good idea to give WEQ a bit of business as they sponcer site + we were looking to purchase 2 new migs, have done this now with another company.

My last order for some weldcraft lenses took 8 days via the weldeuip fast delivery service.
Both Jim and Toms stuff hit my door on stock items in less than 24 hours.
Wouldn't be so bad but I sent a mail expressing concern and got nothing back so hey ho.
I will add though in his defence this was the only one that really overrun badly. Previous dealings been ok. Lack of comunication though has put me off. Pick up the phone, give me a call and tell me it's delayed, I'm not gonna have any issue with that at all.

same here a couple of weeks back richard lack of comms to emails or phone calls ,but did refund quickly in their defense ! now tom on the other hand , couple of days and welder was on the mat "jobs a good un " THANKS TOM

there is quite a few threads on here about lack of comms, i have ordered a welder and a few other bits and all turned up quickly. is a forum sponsor but forum members dont seem to get discount?
