weld screen

I need to make a weld screen but i want to make it out of a solid perspex type material so it is more like a window than the conventional floppy sheet material. Does anyone know if this material exists and where can i get it?

Yes it definatly exists.

This should be something like it, there are a few people who do it, you can also get Glass too.
