where do you all get weld on alumimum caps and necks I wanted a few 50mm cant find any at reasonable price.

You get what you pay for with this sort of thing most of the time... Rally Design offer a choice of 1.5 or 1.85" ID necks with knurled caps which are functional but not particularly well finished from a cosmetic POV. Price break when buying 10 or more (£6.60 ea for 1.5") but IIRC retail is around a tenner ea (prices + VAT and postage). The bay is full of similar things and knock offs of the Mocal style caps (milled finger grips instead of knurled and pretty good quality) at various prices and often very badly finished; i took a punt once and the threads were so badly cut on what turned up it using it would've probably resulted in a comeback after the cap galled and seized on. If you look in the Torques shop on the bay you'll probably find some cheapies similar/identical to what Rally Design sell for a nats less once postage etc is figured in. No idea what the quality is like but their AN/JIC weld fittings are OK. Stuff from Fay @ Speedflow or Pace Products etc is usually better finished but obviously costs more as a result
