weld an exhaust in guilford

I have got a 14 year old Yaris and the back box went about a year ago a mate said that if I got the part he would replace it for me, as he was doing so he broke of the hanger from the main section so he ended up replacing the whole exhaust, but I have just had to replace back box has just been replaced again because the weld on the new part had completely fallen apart, I can see the other side of the flange is now also flaking badly on the weld but the exhaust itself is just fine.
Is any one near working or Guildford that can do it and how much would it be to replace a bad weld on a flange and also where its blowing in center section (just clamped at moment) and can you do it with exhaust still on car?

Hi, there are often repair hanger clamps. They are a band with post for rubber.
Volvo make some for their weak exhaust designs, there are generic ones for various pipe diameters.

I saw some repairs on youtube with clamps but they do still blow i really wanted a more reliable fix/weld

pictures of the area yo weld would be good if you can get them. Then we can advise whether it can be done in situ or if it has to be dropped from the car. When the hangers on my fez went i bought universal ones that bolt to the underside of the floor and then clamp up the exhaust. Worked much better than the originals and as they have a free moving rubber joint they are mot certified too

before buying the hangers i was using some bent up 3.2 rods
