Weco Discovery 150t

good evening I have a welding machine of the brand WECO DISCOVERY 150T, it connects but only has 9 volts in the output, I already changed the Igbts and checked the drives everything is ok, but it continues to leave 9 volts in the output, someone can help

I would have thought your first step would be to try & get hold of a wiring diagram. Then you might be able to see where to check with a multimeter.
It seems this model has been covered before on the forum.

That’s what the wiring diagram would give you, as is stated on the attached thread manafacturers are reluctant to give details of inverter circuitry.
