Wanted 38mm metal screw cap with brush source

I'm looking for a source for about three 38mm metal screw caps with brush
This sort of thing:

I can find sources for minimum order one hundred, or silly p&p costs

Nothing I could find on e-bay.

Needs to fit a 500ml Cone Top Tin (like this)

Does your cone top tin currently have a lid? You may be better off adding a brush inside. Get somk e to 3d print a retainer in a solve t resistant plastic, PETG perhaps.

What are you storing in the tin?

I'd say generally one lid likely wont fit a different tin and imagjne you'd need to buy them as a pair.

Paint shops often sell little plastic touchup pots with a cheap brush in the lid

You could buy something like this, that's useful to you, and use the stuff in new tin with a lolly stick or something.

( buy a Trip Hammer to open a peanut !).

Taylor-Davis and Birmingham Tin both want silly p&p.

I really don't want to use a brush that already has another product on it to avoid unknown contamination effects.

Option 1:- Ask if a member in Birmingham could purchase and collect lid n brush unit, then post on.

or

If you already have plain lids (i'm presuming you do?), then purchase acid brushes/super epoxy resin, drill a hole in the cap and glue brush in using self tapping screw????
