Wanted: 20" square thick steel plate

Before I buy through a local fabricator either up here in the North East (I work in Durham) or back in the North West (I live near Liverpool) , does anyone have a 20" by 20" (51cm by 51cm) offcut of 8 or 10mm plate?

If it had a bit of pitting or was not 100% flat would be acceptable!
