Id be tempted to leave it as is and put a skin of box profile over the top, you can get a bit of insulation in then, ive found using those bitumen type paints on tin roofs is it bubbles up in summer when the tin gets hot, or it traps water around the joints/fixings
i'd agree with @leslie7324 that looks like decent stuff and v good internal condition with years of life left.
As others, make a proper access & working setup, it will save you time when you are prepping and painting.
Step one done, a bit of pruning and the gutter cleaned out. The ladder is secured/held by the row of fixings holding the corrugated iron down. A bit of a knee test but it's done.
If you use black bituminous paint it could get very hot inside the shed.
I've used cheap acrylic red and green paint sold in 20lt drums, sprayed on with a crude undercoat gun after power-washing loose stuff away.
