Hi peeps just thought i"d put some pictures up of what ive been building for the last couple a 3 weeks using the complete rear off a Vw Caddy van for suspension,,ive to still fit the dampers but thats not a prob,,its just been done to what you see about 3 hours ago
rear shackle mounting for a pressed in bush,mount was milled from a solid billit block of steel
this side is now painted
before the axle flip
after the axle flip
whats known as axle flip in progress
spring saddle relocated to the underside of the axle
this is the underside of the axle thats now been drilled ready for the saddle to be rewelded on
saddle just sitting ready to be tacked
G clamped ready for some smelting action
the welds look heavy but its bloody thick steel
