volvo 480 turbo project

hi im Lee new on here i recently purchased a 1991 volvo 480 turbo which needs a bit of welding( 2 holes behind rear lights need plating, 1 piece of welding on rear inner arch and both seat belt anchoring points need doing all holse are quite small) , im not up to scratch on welding and was wondering if their is anyone near blackburn area of england who could do some welding for me are knows a garage who is good at welding with reasonable prices thanks Lee
