I’ll stick to our little Ariel leader. A whole 18hp of 2 stroke fury and more wind protection than a car. Goes nowhere fast, and I’m not entirely convinced I’ll get to the destination every time, but it’s a laugh!

There's been some very rapid Ariel two-stroke racers over the years.....

I remember the police having those, could hear them coming for miles. Can’t believe they ever caught anyone. Never caught me riding a bike with no lights, did when they rode the Velocette’s. Don’t get back on the bike until I’m round the corner he said. Ok Officer

No mods to this one. Some might recall it was bought for my dad after his stroke and the realisation he couldn’t work on the big stuff any more. The family decided to get him a project- the last bike he had was a leader in 72, so the hunt began, and ended very quickly when we found his exact bike for sale on eBay. We surprised him with it and it’s been his baby since!
