Firstly i appreciate there are lots of threads already out there but would like to post this so it is 100% applicable to this lathe.
Id also like to thank @Newlands for letting me have a look at his setup and for explaining how he did his. Rather than bombared him with lots of questions i thought it fair to spread the questions out.
He did go through the motor wiring, but im having information overload at this moment so would be great to go through this again on here.
What is my first step in re wiring the motor? (Diagrams will help!)
Motor details
This is the wiring
I dont want or need to do anything fancy, i will use new switches in the front panel, to turn on/off and vary the speed., a safety off button would be also be good. Anyone have opinions on this vfd?
Any help would be great to get me going.
