Ordered two Velux sun tunnel parts from Stirlingbuild on 23\July. a 30 Degree 14" elbow & a strait pipe
i was informed they did not have the strait pipe in stock after order accepted, & blow me it was delivered, but not the Elbow, rang to find the elbow not in stock, so they had part shipped the strait pipe, it was not a pipe either it was a flat sheet not formed & Expensive, the elbow is being delivered tomorrow with another £5.00 delivery charge.
I was not asked if I required part shipping & certainly was not told there would be a second charge, what good was one part without the other.
I am not a happy customer & will never deal with them again
