Not really metal but some things we have done here may be something you can use when doing shed and work spaces, some parts may be questionable to trades people lol
The room is part cavity part solid build and has a flat roof originally a entrance at the back of the house.

The bad old plaster was removed and made as level as possible then some lath frames made up and fixed in place trying to get them level and flat with packers and glue.

25mm insulation was fitted and a fair amount of slurry added

We moved the soil pipe to the best place and fittedthe back boxes and wires then in went the DPM and a suspended floor with insulation, the some plasterboard screwed and dabbed on and a cup of tea and feet up.

Maybe a 6 inch fan will be better here

get an envirovent high flow low noise timer one there about 38 quid

Get one of these, they look great. They're noisy as Hell and crap but look great!

The good news is during a tidy up i found 2 nice fans so the toilet fan is sorted.

It's pretty good never had any issues with it and it's pretty quiet
