using max meyer filler primer as a sealer wet on wet

hey guys,after my basecoat reacted on some door shuts i have been left with runs and pops etc, i have sanded it back and keyed the surface, to reduce risks of reaction and to help fill any small marks could i use max meyer 3011 filler primer as a wet on wet sealer followed by paint and clear coat, if so does anyone know whats the mixing ratio is, is it just more thinners?

Max Meyer 3011 is a primer and can be used as a surfacer/sealer, although i would use epoxy instead, mixing ratio is 5-1 +10-15% thinner, it should be on the tin.

yeh i used it 5-1 +10% thinners after filler work but wondered if it needs thinned more to use as a surfacer/sealer
