Once again, it's the terminology. Wet on wet is not to be taken literally. The undercoats have to be fully flashed but not cured (assuming they had actually been ill).

On page 1 of this thread, post #15. From your reactions though, I think I've not understood what you were saying.
As I understand it now, as I will need to seal the high build, I will have to apply it and block sand down, then epoxy on the same day.
Thanks for adding more detail - it's seeping through now.
When do you sand the high build though? Is the epoxy meant just as a temporary seal and gets sanded back as part of the blocking process, and then you (eventually) finish with a final top epoxy coat?
(You may have guessed, but I've not picked up a paint gun in anger yet - still trying to learn/plan)
