Using a MIG for MMA welding?

Hello, I have a "hobby" MIG welder named Luna MiniMig 100, where 100 of course stands for the max current. Would it be possible to use it for MMA welding if I add an extra lead with a electrode holder?

I have been googling this but I haven come up with any answers.

No, it will not work well and probably burn out the rectifiers when the rod sticks.

MMA (Arc) is constant current (CC), MIG is constant voltage (CV)

And 100A is not much for arc. You can get cheap arc welders, I would recommend 140A minumum.
