Uses for railway track?

Digging around for something at the back of the shed over the weekend and found some railway track that i had forgotten about.
3 lengths about 1m and 1 about 2m.
I think they were new bits when I got them but they are a bit rusty now!

I remember it being hard work getting hold of longer lengths when I was after it but I don't remember what I actually wanted it for.

Any ideas/suggestions before I cut it all down to baby anvil size pieces...

I have a vague memory of wanting it for some sort.of home made tool, possibly a sheet metal folder or a brake press but not sure how I was planning to achieve that from them...

I suppose I could weld them together and build a unitrain.
Could go to the end of the garden and back..

If I just chop it up into postable size pieces I can get rid of it easy enough without having to make anything from it!

Seems a bit to good to chop it if I can find a use for it though.. (or a reason to leave it untouched in the shed..)

The shorter bits must be 50kg or so.
I think you'd need air suspension fitted or you'd just have front & rear plough attachments.

Make a bench out them and tie a knot in the middle of top one . That would get people's attention if you could do it.

I would roll a bit of it into bracelets for swimbo, she could wear them when she goes swimming.

Tighttwat. You could stretch to ear rings as well

Found 1m of it about 4yrs ago. Made me grunt, putting it in the car. Still cant make my mind up what to do with it.
