A while back I=asked advice on using Corten for a screen.
the main theory was that Corten was just a bit over kill. The designer wanted that 'lovely brown look but did not want rust rubbing off on him.
In the end after a few test panels I persuaded them to go for speed rusted mild steel treated with floor wax to give it a pleasant appearance without dust issues.
Cut out and framed, about an hour and a half to cut. I was delighted with how tight the tolerances were for the frame
A couple hours after starting rusting, just scrubbed with ammonium chloride. Getting there
Two days later after spraying with tap water a few times a day using a plant mister
Two days later after two coats of floor wax
Happy customers, thats always a relief
