Many volatile liquids are fire hazards - petrol for example. Lubricating oil could be classed as potentially aiding combustion, but not starting it - unless on some rag of paper….?
Unplugged electrical items are not classed as ‘fire hazards’ in the normal sense of the phrase.
Is the electrical wiring up to spec (if appropriate)??
The common sense approach by the OP would be to contact the insurer, read the contract small print, etc - not enquire on a forum such as this?
