Having so many ideas about mounting panels on a roof frame, I thought to post suggestions here for appraisal.
Situation: Slightly curved glass fibre roof. Don't want to put any holes in it. Not super strong, I wouldn't want to walk on it. The frame under the glass skin had wide spacing and ought to be strong enough to support the panels.
Now, I think Unistrut would be great, with cross members across the span that would negate the curvature, as it would be reconfigurable to upgrade and adjust later on. But... without drilling holes and making mounting brackets and fiddling with sealing holes, could I secure Unistrut flush to the roofs considerable length with Stixal/polyurethane sealer adhesive?
