Union 172

Hi, I have just acuired an arc welder and looking for info on it. I have tried to google the name but no joy, it is a Union 172 it has two input settings 240V and 415v and two out put voltage settings, does any one know anything about these welders ? any info greatfully received.

My have found the answer now removed more dirt and found its a Telwin.

Does any one know the spec for this machine ? min max amps.
