I’d just junk the lot and re pipe in AN hose myself, as I have done on my 110. Can get plenty of -to- fittings to make up whatever you need, and it’s not expensive, doesn’t crack like the Land Rover crap, and is more resilient

To follow up, I've bought a genuine Delphi sedimenter from apukonline.com .
Considerably cheaper than anywhere else, and seem nice people to deal with.
For some reason they don't sell fitting for it. Hard to believe, but so be it.
I've ordered a single banjo/bolt/washer set from eBay - I know I need two but I'm not 100% confident about the sizing of the tales.
I'll couple it up with standard compression fittings from Screwfix. They do 8mm (the diameter of the tails on the lift pump) and 8-10mm (I may need to use 10mm hose for the banjo rails - I seem to recall having to use two sizes on the 101)
I'll get the brass anti-compression fittings from eBay also.
I was hoping to get the whole lot from one place but saved enough on the part from apuk that I'm not so bothered.
I'll need to get the stopper for the top of the sedimenter too. For some odd reason it comes with blanks for the unused input and output ports but not one for the hole on the top.
I need to make up a bracket for the defender. It's a 300 TDI, with a 200 bulkhead. I was really hoping to be able to use the original mount for the 200 filter (200 mounts it on the bulkhead, 300 on the wing) but I'm pretty sure it's going to conflict with the air filter to turbo hose, so I'll probably just make something to offset it slightly from the original mounts.
Defender seems to be getting worse rather than better, with regards to the junk getting sucked up from the tank. I dosed it with biocide and that made zero difference.
Going into the future (when this issue is resolved) I don't think the sedimenter will be a bad addition anyway, so, whilst there were other solutions now, I think this will be the best, longer term.
