Alright so basically i'm in the process of restoring my nissan 200sx as it was pretty rotten.
Once I'd finished the drivers side arch I decided to underseal it so that I could run all the wiring loom instead of having to wait till all the car was done.
I seam sealed all seams with Sikaflex 221 (applied onto bare metal) Then gave it 2 coats of Bilt Hamber Electrox primer then 2 coats of 3M schutz underseal.
That was around a month ago, last week I actually got round to doing the wiring having not gone near the arch since spraying it.
I noticed that the seam sealed areas were sticky and don't seem to have dried as I can rub the primer/underseal off to reveal the sealer.
So is there any reason why it could've reacted?
Thanks in advance,
Laurence
