Underseal and paint recomendation

I am tidying up my old l200 pickup to get it back on the road after a few years of sorn
What is the best product to spray the underneath with to stop the surface rust. One that will go on well in the cold weather.
Also a recommendation for an ebay seller for some aerosol paint. Will I need to apply a lacquer topcoat.

idealy needs most of the rust removing with wire wheel/grinder/blasting before considering treatments

if you just want to cake something on over the rust with little prep id go with old engine oil and grease ...but wait until its dry

The quality paint I like to use (Thompon's zinc phosphate primer) has a minimum use temp of 8'C and I guess that may be typical.
