Ultrasonic cleaner recommendations

Anyone got opinions on what's the best/most reliable ultrasonic cleaners. Not too expensive and 5-10 litre.

I have a GT SONIC - I think they were supposed to be reviewed quite well, but most of them seem pretty generic rebranded units unless you start spending serious dosh.
Perhaps consider what sort of warranty the sellers offer, it might be easier to deal with a UK reseller rather than direct with China.

I've got a DK Sonic I managed to buy it when they were on a special on Amazon. I bought a 22L but I wish I'd gone smaller. It's not had a lot of use but no issues so far

I've got a 5L Ultrawave, which is still good after ~25 years. They are good but not cheap.

I have a vevor 3l one, it does the job. They do bigger ones. Mine wasn’t to expensive.

That reminds me, I need to have a beer with @BikerBill soon. I'll remind him to look at this thread. I could have done with an ultrasonic cleaner when I was tinkering with sticky DTIs last weekend. I may buy one off of him even though he says I can use one of his anytime I want

6 & 10 Ltr are common sizes. It's always difficult to "guesstimate" the biggest thing you might need to clean, but on my ultrasonic cleaner website, you will find the internal dimensions of each size of tank and importantly, the basket size that holds your parts. I'm always happy to give a discount to mig-welding forum members.

An ultrasonic cleaner was one of the few things that I've bought that goes against my not buying from China policy! I have one of the GT sonic ones from eBay (I think all the eBay ones are the same just rebadged) If you get a recognised make they were exponentially more expensive. Think it was about 100 quid for a 5 litre GT sonic one, a British made one was about 400 for the same size. I'm sure it's better quality but for the few times a year it's used the GT sonic has been fine!

From @BikerBill web site, there's a few at 10 litres, costs depends on features, from £290 to £390 inc VAT but excluding any MIG Welding Forum discount he may give you. I should be seeing Bill for a beer soon, I shall tell him to check the forum more regularly, I know he has a distraction at the moment
