U-POL Fantastic Over Paint Time

Hi;

I have the data sheet for U-POL Fantastic here but it does not give a specific overpaint time, it does say sandable within 15 minutes.

How long should I leave before over spraying with either:

1. Epoxy Primer (Jotun 87) / Jotun Thinners

2. U-POL Gravitex / Celly Thinners

3. Cellulose Primer
