There's no aspect ratio marked, it's a percentage of the height.
So say a 205/65 16 would be 123mm 'high'
65% of the 205mm width.
Been best part of 20 years since I did much to do with tyres, if there's no ratio on it it's 80% from memory...so at a guess your are 164mm 'high'.
I assume this is what you want to know, rather
than the width as that's marked.
205 R16 is generally taken as meaning 205/82 R16, although 205/80 R16 is often used as an approximation on the websites of tyre retailers.
If you have particularly narrow (5.5") or wide (say 9") rims it might be worth checking the manufacturer's specifications for the tyres you're considering to determine whether they will fit - the rim width of your wheels is the measurement between flanges.
