Two migs one bottle

Could I run two migs from a single gas bottle?
I'd like to leave them both connected.
Would not be used at the same time.

Yes, I made up a manifold from some flow meters and had 4 welders connected at one time.

Here is a pic where I have 3 flow meters on the wall (you really only see two) and also a valve with hose that leads to the other side of the workshop with another flow meter.

Being lazy, can't be arsed constantly changing hoses.

Yes, either a y piece off the reg leading to both migs, or a manifold with separate flow meters fitted...few ways to do it...if both migs are being used at same time with 2 people welding go for the manifold and separate flow meters, but set the flow with both running...if only you welding 1 machine at a time just a y connector and hoses would be fine
