Tweco TC900 cooler

Anyone got a manual for a Tweco TC900 cooler (horizontal) that they could copy for me. I'd be happy to pay copying expenses. Tweco in US haven't responded to my e mail and though I doubt there is much in the manual I'd like to know if you can adjust the pressure, what the recommended cooling fluid is and any cleaning and maintenance advice.

if you google tweco tc900 you will find the user manual online,theres not alot to it only to use a glycol based coolant and most cooler units are fixed pressure.

I've tried googling. On the Thermadyne web site there is a parts diagram and a catalogue but I can't find a manual anywhere.
