Got this to make an air compressor www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281365500327
I might split it down the 3rd to give 2 + 1.
Bores appear perfect, no scoring. Intending it will be splash oil lube with aluminuim pistons, Im not sure how much clearance to give. Head will be alu plate with flap valves.
25kg, perhas 20kg of aluminuim without the balance shafts. I expect I will cut off 5-10kg I will melt and cast into bar for other things.
Not thought too much about the crank, which will be more difficult, but its not going to have much power through it.
