tube bending help cambridge area or advice

need to bend a couple of bits of 3mm wall 25mm tube , only about 10-15 degrees

am i right thinking its not the sort thing i can bend at home with no special gear ??

anyone around cambridge /sudbury that could bend it for beer money?

Just cut a plywood former a few degrees smaller than you need, leave the end long and pull it round. 25mm * 3mm is a piece of pi55 to pull manually.

or can you cut it and weld it, if its not on show

just trying to suss if these are diy able , or mod standard arms , i can get someone to weld them to a good standard

Tube bending spring, 3 quid from screwfix.

yup thats me, I guess you'd be making them as you want rose joints instead of rubber bushes. if you can buy products like that you can buy parts to make them with. when I wanted to bend some tubing for my herald 16mm dia x 1.5mm I ended up making a bender

well yeah the rosejointed g40 style sound okay , wouldnt cost much at all in parts

cheers for the ideas - assumed it was harder to bend that you all suggest

maybe you should make some for yours then you can tell me how hahah
