Trying to find an old post

Hi Guys appreciate this is a long shot but a member on here posted some pictures of a weathervane he had made a few years ago, It was quite ornate featuring a circular outer frame with I think a hunter with a rifle profile which revolved in the centre. The parts had been laser cut possibly in stainless steel, unfortunately I do not know his name, I have searched the forums using weathervane and laser cut as search items but cant find it despite reading hundreds of posts, does anyone recall seeing it? and could possibly provide a link,

I vaguely remember it. Iirc there was a conversation regarding the use of a ball bearing in a tube for the main upright to rotate on

Think it was the chap that used the image you describe as his avatar and recall something about CNC plasmaing (is that a real word!!)

Try this for a gamble,go to google images,tap in weather vane or hunters weather vane etc and see what comes up,if it shows something you remember click the image that might lead you to the site it came from,again just a gamble,good luck
