Truss Jib

I have to knock up something like this to put some truss's up.
It needs to be 4.5 meters long and to handle a 45kg truss.
Has anyone any idea what material I should use? I have only got 30 truss's to put up and it will be pulled apart after that so I dont want to be using 50mm box when 25mm will do

Last trusses we put up, we’re green oak, not a clue on what they weighed, but at 5mtr x 1.5mtr and a bit of bracing it won’t have been light, anywho, we strapped them straight to the headstock.
