Truckman Top bulkhead window seal

So this has suddenly come on to my list of projects... I've noticed for a while that the rubber seal on the bulkhead window of my Truckman Top was fairly perished, but yesterday it decided to completely let go of the window it was holding in place.

Replacement seals are readily available. Has anyone on here replaced any of these, and is it possible to do from the inside without removing the top? Due to the wiring for the beacon and rear cameras being run through the headlining, it would be a PITA to take the top off, but would be possible if I had to.

It's easy enough to replace them.
Clean the top up well and smear fairy liquid around it. Fit the rubber to the window and tie loop of string into the groove where the top sits with the excess at a bottom corner.
You'll need someone else to push the glass into place while you pull the string out.

As already suggested use a string but I would also suggest using a mastic nozzle the insert the string, it’s far quicker and easier! Another tip would be to use a couple of suckers to hold and manoeuvre the glass into position! I would also consider some quick release terminals for the wiring ?

I think the issue will be access to both sides? Presumably the cab glass is still in place?

Some trucks have opening rear windows but even if not there is always enough room between the cab and the bed to pull the string out.

Cab glass in still in place, and there's no room to get a hand between the cab and the canopy (not my size of hands anyway), hence asking the question.

Having had another look, it's probably possible to move the top back a foot or so without taking it off completely, so there are options. I'm off on a road trip most of the week, so likely to be a weekend job if the new seal arrives by then.

If the top does need to be removed, I can foresee a 95% probability of side cutters being used, and some kind of joint or plug being used to re-join them.

It's never needed to come off in almost 9 years so far, so not exactly a regular occurrence.
