I have recently bought a 2nd hand 3m x1m cnc machine. Its a Messer cnc unit with hypertherm plasma and burny phantom controller. The problem arises when I programme the machine to cut a part.. it starts of doing the first cut, moves to start the next then the controller says "waiting for arc on". the torch sits there blowing air but no arc! I have checked the user manual but can find nothing in it
Help would be appreciated as ive got to get this machine earning money
p.s. I know it worked fine before as i saw it working before i bought it and the Burny is only 5 years old
