Trouble ordering from Smith and Allen?

I'm trying to order some oil and antifreeze from the Smith and Allen website but when i have entered my card details (correctly), i get the error message '1004:Invalid Length' on their website. Everything is entered correctly. Even tried a different card but same result. Anyone else getting this/knows what it means. I have emailed them but its Saturday afternoon now so will have to wait until Monday to ring them.

Just done it through ebay and worked out slightly cheaper as i wanted two 20l tubs so there was a discount.

It wouldnt let me - it automatically added them. Very odd.

I have been using some of their oils since last year, all bought through bay, just stumbled across them, I like their products and service, glad you got sorted on ebay.

I recently bought 5l of LSD diff oil off them via eBay and then managed to buy a second one the next day

Tried to cancel via eBay but eBay said too late.

Dropped them a message saying I'd been a plonker and could they cancel as I'd stupidly placed 2 orders

Response back almost straight away saying they would hunt through the pile of boxes awaiting collection and once found cancel the order

Refund came later that day

Must admit I was pleased with their service when I ordered the grease for the lathe gearbox. Ordered on the website with no problems.

Oh, don't get me wrong. Products and service are excellent - good quality at good prices.

This was merely a - is their payment system working question as it wasn't for me. They haven't responded but i wont bother chasing as ebay is fine as a way to order from them.
