Provided they have been hardened correctly and are true to size then yes, that's a reasonable price.

Even if they are hardened,don't hit them too hard,you just want to leave a mark.You then finish with a centre punch.
If you can run to it,I'd get a set of metric and imperial.If you're marking through a cover for a threaded hole and the clearance is a bit worn/sloppy,you'll still get a mark on centre.

I've looked at the transfer punches on there many times but know I would want Metric and Imperial sets as a minimum then the OCD would force me to get the Letter and Number sizes too! I've kept this spending spree in check over the years by having a few different size bits of Silver Steel turned to a point, heat treated then ground sharp and turn up stepped bushes to the hole size reamed to accept the punches. Another dodge I have used is to grind old drill bits to a point but for me the workaround used has always depended on the accuracy required for the job.

ild get metric for now, and if i need imperial then ild get them if needed.

i know what you mean about trying to sort a workaround lol

im fixing two bench grinders to a board.
and need to mark the holes onto the board, so i can drill them out and bolt them down.

so i turned down a bit of bar from the scrap bin to 8mm then put a slight angle on the end to out a point on it.
so i could use that as a transfer punch lol

well it works, didnt bother with the heating and grinding as its only onto wood
so leaves a mark fairly easy...

Not ideal by any means but similar, bit of bar turned to fit, counterbored to fit a 3" Hilti masonry nail in, nail cut short and forced in to the counter bore. Not very professional but for how often I need a transfer punch-- ideal for me.
Just every time I want one seems I have to make a new one, a nice set might just help solve the problem.

They are the in between sizes in imperial drills.

I got a set of similar transfer punches from arceurotrade.

they range in size from being just undersize to 0.3mm undersize and some arn't fully hardened.

they look to be the same as the RDG ones

Get yourself a set of Zeus tables,they're all listed,together with screw threads and tapping drillsizes.
