trailer ramp help

I'M looking in building some for a friend his got stolen. The deck height is about 30" high .He said the old ones were about 150lbs each and 7' long . The ramps need to be strong enough to handle a skid steer. I think I need to use 3"c-channel 3/16 and 3x3x3/16 angle. Will this be strong enough??? Or do you think I should use thanks

Depends on the size of the skid steer really. We have some small ones and some massive ones!

It's a bobcat 863 I'm pretty sure ways about 8000lbs sorry for the lack of info thank you

I would suggest this picture shows a larger size main support than you intend, guessing at about 6" depth of channel
