I'm planning a re-furb of the lights on my trailer.
It was built around 1980.
It's 2m wide
It's 2.7m long, not including draw hitch, but potentially 3m long if I fit an equipment box onto front of the tub, above the hitch. (That depends on the weight distribution - I might need it)
It's plated at 1.7T, but will be temporarily de-rated to 1.3T to stay under my 3.5T licence limit. (I have a B licence, taking B+E next year).
Although it's pre-1985, I'd like to fit some "front position" lamps.
Do they *have* to be illuminated at all times? or just with the car side/head lights?
(it's not a problem on the Ovlov as the headlamps are on all the time anyway, but if it's used with a different vehicle)
