Hello, I Have Built A Few Utility Trailers Over The Past Few Years As A Hobby. I Enjoy It And There Is Actually A Demand For My Trailers. I Am A One Man Show That Works Out Of My Garage. I Have Found The Bigger The Trailer The Better Profit. I Am Trying To Come Up With Some Kind Of Jig To Speed Up The Process And Make It A Little Easier On Me. Is There Anyone Out There That Could Offer A Little Help On This Subject. Any Help Would Be Great. I Am Stuck On The First Move To Make.

Try and make them all from a standard chassis, just change the lengths to suit.
Make up a frame, the same as you would the trailer. On each section tack 3 pieces of bar, two one side, the third the other side. When you drop a piece in the 3 lugs will hold it in place.
