Just been doing a few bits and pieces on a ford 3000. I'm now trying to bodge the seat back into something usefull where you don't have to sit on top of the gearbox. The pic shows the two spring loaded support arms with what i think are worn roller type things on the end.
The bottom of the seat has two brackets with holes, i have found a bar which goes through the holes.
I think the main problem is there might be 1 or 2 springs connecting this bar back to the main mounting that are missing.
Does any one know how it is all supposed to connect up etc.
I'll free everything up a bit more this afternoon.
