If you go with a subscription type tracker they might not tell you where it is if it gets stolen.
A mate had one on a quad that got nicked... got in touch with the tracking company...they knew where it was but wouldn't tell him.

What's the point in that. Unless they have a further "recovery" service that's chargeable of course. I can't imagine the Police have the resources to follow up (or so we are told)
The police get a premium for finding tracker vehicles
All of mine including my very expensive or rare cycles have them now
Ironically, cars are being stolen because toerags are attaching these cheap trackers to desireable vehicles at car shows, leading them to where the car is kept so they can take it in slower time.
