torch problem

hi been working on my car today and when welding the wire sparks inside the swan neck, i cant understand why this is happening, i think i need a new part but unsure which one i need, the set im using is a clarke 100e mk1 i think

splatter in the shroud or the torch has turned nasty

it happens inside the swan neck and the end of the swan neck that attaches to torch is all burnt, still dont know what part i need, the wire feeder coil that goes inside the swan neck is very small could this be doing it?

Sounds like spatter has shorted the shroud across the insulation, a new shroud should solve it, try Weldequip shop at top?
