I recently purchased a used Draper machine, and found it to be working well. Then it suddenly packed up on the wire feed in the middle of an urgent job. I've been following threads on here about conversion to a Eurotorch. Can any one give me advice on the cheapest way to do this, and best place to get all the kit needed? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Are you talking about just the torch conversion or a combined torch & feed unit?

A normal eurotorch conversion will only replace the torch and cord. It doesn't affect the motor.
If the motor isn't working the fault would likely be elsewhere. Possibly one of the power switches on the front stuck slightly open, a circuit board fault, or possibly the connectivity of the trigger wire in the gun.
If the problem is a jerky wire feed, then it is cheaper to replace the wire liner in the torch rather than fit a eurotorch.
