TOPTIG

Hey guys,
I am working with a AIR LIQUIDE TOPTIG 220 DC machine and I am facing a trouble that no where I can find a solution. The machine show an error named "DF WATER COOL". I know that probably its a problem with the cooling system, however I couldn't find yet what causes it?
Someone can help me out?

have you checked the coolant level ? is the coolant pump running ? , you could have a blockage at the torch end , disconnect the coolant pipes and make sure they are not blocked . does the torch head over heat ?

Pump not circulating properly. Probably a shuttle pump full of sludge. Clean it out put it back and away you go
